Any mistake that occurs in the activities certificates and documents related to wrong provided information, will be completely the responsibility of the user who will handle any related extra costs for the same.
2. User agrees that upon including the personal information in the website, GLOBAL EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT CENTRE has the right to use the same for any course announcements and notifications related to the center itself.
3. GLOBAL EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT CENTRE takes no responsibility regarding the local Health Entities and authorities' requirements. Participants are responsible for determining whether they can perform these procedures in our courses and their practices. We are not responsible for decisions or changes made by those authorities and entities about their practice acts before or during our courses.
4. Permission is granted to download this site’s content and to print a single hard copy for the user’s use only. You may not otherwise use, copy, modify, distribute, republish, or transmit any of the content or materials of this site without the written permission of GLOBAL EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT CENTRE.

7. Participants may pay by cheque only two weeks before each course. Cheques are not accepted for payment on the day of the course for either attendance or for the products to be used at the course.
8. The membership fee is non-refundable.
9. The customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website (Age of consent is mentioned as per the applicable law).
10. (Website) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries by the law of UAE.
11. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED.
12. The country of merchant domicile is the United Arab Emirates.
